I am re-organizing my workshop and realize that I don't utilize my pegboard enough so this is the first of several pegboard-focused prints. Designed for 1/4" pegboard.

Remixed the headphone hanger when I was looking for the perfect helmet hanger. This fits in the back side of the Shoei GT-Air perfectly. Sorry about the orientation - first upload. The fit was a bit too tight fresh off the build plate so I scraped the long corner edges of the post and it slid in nice n snug.

Use 3mm screws to assemble side plate to base. Holds 48 AA batteries easily. This was my first attempt at designing a dispenser of this type. I have adjusted a few things in this version from the original prototype I printed. In all it works very well. I found that if I tap it on the top as I drew a few batteries out of the dispenser, this would clear possible jams from occurring.

I really liked this design, but I changed the original a bit. The interlocking module fits better when plugged together and do not fall apart. I have changed the position of tongue and groove (AABB instead of ABAB) - which allows better and more combinations of the modules. I also designed a module with mini drawer. Everything can be combined easily and stably. Size: 60x60x70 Perfect fit by printing at 100%

Wanted a wall mountable battery dispenser. This one is just over 8" tall, 2 1/4" deep and holds 27 AA batteries. There are mounting holes (2 top/2 bottom) The slots allow you to see how many remain but are offset from the center line of the batteries to avoid any hang-ups

I wanted to create a desktop organizer that would work well in both an office and maker-space environment. This project consists of three files.

Parallel Box Desktop Organizer
A customizable box with a sliding top with a small catch. I'd love to see your prints of this if you make one! V2 includes now includes optional dividers. Check the customizer to add more (or less) dividers. The stl will create a box that holds 4 oblong pills. Hit the customizer to adjust the dimensions. Instructions Customize! Print! Clean up! There is a small slit on the underside of the lid that needs to be cleaned up to make sliding the lid open a bit easier. It may be a good idea to sand the lid edges just a bit if the fit is too snug. Use! A bit of folded paper towel or toilet tissue in the bottom of the box helps keep the pills from rattling around and turning to dust. Be conscious of the overhang angle on the lid. The .scad file will output the angle in OpenSCAD. An angle < 45 is probably a good idea.

After buying a bunch of single picks from Sparrows I started to need a larger case to hold them. After seeing the mini folding pinning tray I got the idea to include a pinning tray in the box design. To hold the case closed I used 4 6x3mm magnets and for the hinge I used pieces of a toothpick.

This "thing" is a rectangular (but not necessarily square) tray for holding small bottles such as e cig liquid, nail varnish, model makers paint etc. Basically it is a number of hollow cylinders but with solid bases, which are joined together by their wall thickness. It is fully parametric and should work with the customiser. You can change the number of bottles wide, the number of bottles long, the overall height, and the base thickness. You can also change the inside diameter of the cylinders which should be the diameter of the bottles you want to use, plus 1 or 2 mm for clearance. You can also change the wall thickness if you want the cylinder to be thicker but I don't recommend that you go any less than 2mm. There are no constraints in the code as to how many bottles, how big and how tall they are so make your design will fit on your print bed. A small word of warning. Depending on how many bottles you use, the rendering time can be quite long and the resultant STL file can be quite big, although the print time isn't bad. As a guide, the default values I used in the Open Scad file produce a tray which is 5 bottles long by 5 bottles wide, with a diameter of 22mm (23mm cylinder i.d.) and 25mm tall. On my PC which is average to good speed wise, the rendering time was about 2.5 minutes and the resultant STL file about 4mb.
